The other was that my legs were starting to go and I pictured myself needing to use a lift system to get right up the stairs to the house. That one motivated me really! It is so important to do stuff that makes you feel great about yourself during this time. Please, remove those ugly sweats, cut them up, and use them for cleaning the house and buy yourself some new clothes that you are feeling good in, no matter what size they may be.
Godsend for me as I was able to buy really sweet plus size clothing that made me feel great. Don’t go crazy, because your new clothes long won’t fit you for! Keep cleaning out your wardrobe as clothes get big you too. Donate them to your fat friends who’ll want to know what you are really doing or even sell them on eBay.
