I really am credited to create! Things ‘re going good. The week of my routine I could normally gain up to 3 kilos. Weigh in day was on day 2 of my cycle and I actually LOST. I was kinda dreading getting on the scales Wednesday morning LOL. But I did manage a 300-gram loss which put me at 121.9 kilos.

I was still seated at eating 1900 calories from fat. My food coach is happy with how things are going, as am I, but I do feel my cats are too high still, but the concern is shedding them quickly can lead to me relapsing just. She said to give it a couple of days and see what happens if no real movement then drop to 1800 calories. So I dropped down yesterday so we will have what happens.

If there is absolutely no real movement on the scales that is not the end of the world but will prolly stay as of this calorie level for two weeks before decreasing any further. My PT periods are going good. I think that’s what I need at this stage so that is good.

  2. A hypermetabolic state
  3. 13 (Tuesday) 7:30 pm – 22 (Thursday) 8:20 pm
  4. The precision is reasonable, particularly if you sleep only
  5. 2 Tablespoons Store bought Artichoke Pesto

This week, one session was Tabata and one program was a circuit and none of them have the cardio has included the fitness treadmill so more then pleased with that LOL. We do a lil stair climbing too! I would actually start heading back to the footy club and climbing the stadium stairs on the weekends like I use too.

I haven’t lost weight at a brilliant fast speed, I am cool with that. I consider and my own body shape/ability to do stuff in 1. 5 years, which will be important. I am being consistent. I am able to use it when training (sooooooo long since I have worn a tank top! I think I will have to treatment that!
